Well today is the day

The day is here panel review day!!! been waiting for it I am pumped and ready to go I tripled checked and backed up everything just in case. any ways while I was making all of this I got another idea for a story so maybe Ill converse with them about it if its a good idea? or keep it to myself so they would not steal it hmm...... well we will see in the end the!

my demo reel cover

This is my demo reel cover that I have for my demo reel. I really got nothing to say except I got my business cards today.

everything is good

So far I am almost finished with my animation, almost finished my demo reel, bought the DVD boxes, just have to make the box design, going to get my business card made by a local print shop on Monday, and the website will be almost done by Wednesday. So everything is good today.

The animation for waffles adventure is going smoothly, I think I am able to finish it by Monday.

Okay so I am almost done with my demo real all I have to do is place the background music and format to a DVD. I am planing to make the demo reel have all my animation in full and my website have all my graphic designs I think that might be a good idea because I want to re read the sound effects and music that I got from the internet to make sure I can post it up online in youtube before I place it up on my website. If anything I can easily change the music if I have to.

Well today I was working a little bit on my projects but I kinda went to the party and stuff happened  its no big deal its my friend well this was an interesting time so i might be delayed in working my stuff but no worry's ill try to continue it as soon as i can.

Waffles Adventure part 2

So I finished part two of waffles adventure storyboard and I will start doing the animation. Ill try to complete it before the portfolio review day, I even got some people to look at if to make sure i did not make any mistakes so I hope it turns out great.

So I finally created a simple theme that will work with me. I made a lot of different themes that might work but I think this one will be good.

Okay I am drawing out the adventure part for waffles adventure so far trying to make it a little weird and funny kinda so ya I think its going well.


The business card design is going well I changed it to be more simple and less busy. so far I like it, the only thing is the color and if I have time I would make a back for it.

okay redone of waffels adventure part one

So I redid part 1 to be a bit longer and it turned out not bad. people said it looks like a simple newgrounds animation so I think its okay and now I am making the continuation to it. So far I have 2 storyboards, 1 still frame animation, 1 animation, and 1 voice sync animation. also graphic design and video editing videos, so I should be good for review day still making more though just have to even it out with the rest of the class finals and stuff.

results for part one of waffles adventure

Well I went around to different people as much as I can, and some say its good but a little to fast and the music kinda dose not fit in well enough. So after seeing my reviews I am going to lengthen the animation a bit and redo the music it should not take to long.

bunny video game

Well I am in the process of creating a video game for game design class, its for my final and I think it would be a nice portfolio piece to add on the side maybe? Of course the animation stuff go first but I need to relax from animation for a bit and try something else. Still doing the animation though, and the website, and a poetry poster, and another website, and the final for the clay model, and the club still frame animation. Ya awesome stuff going around to bad I wont be seeing some of it, oh well.

Ok so I started all over again to to make a new website, and I made this. 

I decided since the colors for my design is not locked down I changed green to blue, I might change the color design to cyan, magenta, and yellow?

Waffles Adventure

Ok seeing how part one of waffles adventure is only 30 seconds long, I plan on creating a part two to it. I think I should make it a separate piece like a continuation or a whole piece as one just thinking?

Website Update

I think I will just make my website in my Dreamweaver class so I will have more time thinking up new story's and content for it. Also I keep scraping it and changing it up so it will look well with my business card and logo so it might take a while. When I get everything locked down then I think I would be content because my teacher said green was a bad color kinda so I have to change it that means I also have to change the color in my business card as well, so when I have my three colors I like locked down then it might work.

Ok I finished the animation part one, and I just have to place music Ill do that in after effects. Still thinking about part two? I am doing a survey about this animation right now so far people are saying its good as it is and place less voices more music, so I hope it will work out.

adding background music?

I am up to the part of the last scene in waffles adventure part 1, until I realized how am I suppose to stop music at a different scene? I used  scenes to make different parts in the animation and I do know I can just render it and place it as a quick time and put the music in after effects. But i am wondering if i can do this all in flash?

waffle animation & website redo

The waffle animation is moving faster than expected maybe because of the simple animation. I might be done with part one in one or two days depending on time wise. I am still thinking if should place part two when I have time.

The website outline that I made look too bland, so I feel that I would redo it again to make it better. Its just the design and not the layout, i wanted a more vibrant color and design instead of black and white, I am thinking light green, red, and blue.

Right now I am doing two animations at the same time. I think the waffle animation would be more faster than the agent leaf one because it is mostly just black and white, and I think that the story for waffles has a good chance at being a on going series.

new animation ideas

This is some thumbnails for new animations I plan to make. I feel that the stories I recently created are not up to the point of interest with people (I did a survey), so I decided to restart from scratch kinda, still trying to do agent leaf, but the cloud animation is a no go because people are asking what dose it mean so I think Ill just drop it and do a new one with meaning and less time consuming.

For my website I made a few of layouts. Its still in a working progress so when I am content in the layout i will start to design the boxes and make the buttons and banner.

Today I made $50, it is the start up money for a website I am making for my boss in video editing. He wanted to make a website for his business so I am helping him make one. I plan on using this money for some good investments in the future.

I am up to page on, scene two in the animation of agent leaf, I plan on just animating a little by little so I don't wear myself out.

The animations of  agent leaf is going good, but i have to say ate times i feel like i am going too slow on my work. So i am thinking on doing work on  much shorter animations.  i fell that agent leaf is just to long of an animations  for one person to do. so i want to go for more quantity short animations for my animation portfolio.  

flash animation

I am currently working on my flash animation for agent leaf, but I was also thinking different ways to animate this project. I was thinking if I create the the key frames in Photoshop then, flash it for in between key frames and import it into after effects for touch ups and finish it up in premier, I thought it would be a nice piece because Photoshop has more art design capability's, so I was wondering can I pull it off? Because I do not know if I can make the the out look consistent when I import it to flash? Like if i have to re draw some parts in the in between key frames I am not sure if I can have the same effects like I had in Photoshop? Hmm I guess its all trial and error, oh well ill figure it out somehow unless if their is some other software that is good to use like RETAS!PRO HD here is a link http://www.celsys.co.jp/en/products/retas/index.html I feel this is just an Asian version of adobe.

working with website and animation update

I made a web banner for my website that I plan to build. right now. I am setting up the outlines for them right now.

Also I am starting up the animation for agent leaf and rough comic for fart date, still working the title for it.

finished still frame I think, and new animation?

I finally finished, after long hours I can go to phase three and that is the animation!!!! I just need to put in a title, ending screen, and people to critique it because I feel that I might be missing a few things and that's about it. so right now I am making a new rough drawing of another animation its the fart date one I might be able to make it a short like 1 minute if I don't go all rampaging on story plot. The only thing that is worrying me is if i can finish all of this before I graduate and not pass out to over working. Well back to the drawing board!

Almost finished the still frame and got myself a website

I am almost done with the still frame animation for agent leaf, all i have to do now is enter the sound effects and movie effects in the animation.

I also got a website for myself in godaddy.com. so I plan to create a website for my portfolio work soon. I am already in the outline stage for it.

5th Page Finally

This is the last page for my animation for agent leaf, I am currently cutting the panel's and making a script that will go with the animation.

Iam also working in creating a web site for my employer Felipe in video editing.

I am currently in the process of cutting up the panels and making it into a still frame animation. All i need to do is finish up the last page and its off to voice editing and and sound!

I am also planing to create another story it might be one of my previous ideas like love toilet, friendship necklace, or something new.

where i get my insperation

This is my room I know its a little messy but I keep getting a lot of ideas that I don't have time to clean up. On my desk you see my drawing tablet and my drawing supply's, I also have different types of books that would help me draw, and figures that would help me see different types of poses I can draw.  

This hall way always gives me new ideas and motivation, when I walk back and forth my mind starts to wounder and my body acts out scenes that would be in my work. 

This is my white board it helps me keep track on what I am doing and I post up new ideas that I want to try out, also it has a post up on the bottom where I can put up all my old art work and plans.

This a comic storyboard animation I am planing to make.Its name is agent leaf and I plan on making him fight his arch enemy doctor butterfly, but I am still thinking of an ending, I plan on making a twist maybe?
